Accepting these terms
By creating an account, installing RocketPrint Station, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the acceptable-use policy. If you use RocketPrint for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you have a separate signed agreement with RocketPrint, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
The service
RocketPrint provides software for submitting, queueing, routing, and tracking print jobs to printers reported by RocketPrint Station. You are responsible for the computers, printers, drivers, network access, paper, supplies, and source systems on your side of the service boundary.
A completed job means the local print command succeeded as described in the reliability documentation. It does not guarantee that paper exited the printer or that the physical output was correct.
Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect passwords, sign-in tokens, API keys, and devices connected to your account.
- Use separate API keys where practical and revoke a key promptly if it may have been exposed.
- Notify support if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in content submitted to RocketPrint. You give RocketPrint permission to store, process, transmit, and delete that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for having the rights and authority to submit the content, choose its destination, and cause the physical output. That includes personal information, shipping labels, receipts, documents, trademarks, and regulated material in a print job.
Fees and billing
Paid use is billed according to the selected plan, current pricing page, and any order form. Taxes, overages, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown during purchase form part of these terms. Stripe processes hosted checkout and payment details.
If payment is overdue or fails, RocketPrint may restrict paid features after reasonable notice where practical. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
Service changes and availability
RocketPrint may add, change, or remove features and may perform maintenance. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption and communicate material changes. Unless a signed agreement states a service level, the public service is provided without a guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. RocketPrint may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or activity that threatens the service or other customers. Where the risk is not urgent, we will try to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
Ownership
RocketPrint and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property, excluding your content. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized and compliant.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. RocketPrint does not make promises that are not written in these terms, the product documentation, or a signed agreement. You are responsible for testing workflows and maintaining appropriate checks where incorrect, missing, delayed, or duplicate physical output could cause loss or harm.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel, and the effective date will change.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@rocketprint.io. Support questions should go to support@rocketprint.io.
