You may not use RocketPrint to
- Create, transmit, or print content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or that violates another person's rights.
- Access, probe, scan, disrupt, or compromise an account, printer, station, network, system, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, malicious printer commands, destructive payloads, or content designed to damage a device or make it unavailable.
- Send spam, deceptive communications, counterfeit documents, unauthorized labels, or material intended to facilitate fraud or evasion.
- Circumvent authentication, account isolation, rate limits, billing controls, payload limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service in a way that hides the responsible account or defeats plan limits, unless a written agreement allows it.
Protect destinations and credentials
Only send jobs to printers and stations you are authorized to control. Keep API keys and account credentials out of client-side code, public repositories, logs, and shared documents. Use idempotency keys and reasonable workflow checks where a duplicate physical artifact could create risk.
Fair use of shared infrastructure
Do not generate traffic that unreasonably degrades the service for others. Follow published rate and payload limits, back off when asked, and contact sales before load testing or intentionally generating unusual sustained volume.
Enforcement
RocketPrint may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend activity that presents a security, legal, operational, or safety risk. Where practical and safe, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to correct it. Serious or urgent misuse may be stopped immediately.
Report misuse
Report suspected abuse or vulnerabilities to security@rocketprint.io. Send ordinary product issues to support@rocketprint.io.
