Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, organization, membership, and authentication records.
- Station and printer information such as the station name, operating system, reported printer queues, presence, and connection timestamps.
- Print-job information such as the destination printer, title, source, content type, status, timestamps, failure reason, and the content submitted for printing.
- Billing records such as plan, usage, Stripe customer and subscription references, and invoice state. Payment-card details are collected by Stripe through its hosted checkout, not by RocketPrint.
- Messages and diagnostic information you choose to send when you contact support, security, sales, or the company generally.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the RocketPrint service.
- Authenticate people, API clients, and stations and keep organizations separated.
- Queue, deliver, and report the result of print jobs.
- Measure billable usage, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and enforce service limits.
- Respond to requests, investigate security reports, and communicate material service changes.
Print content and retention
RocketPrint stores submitted print content so a job can wait for an offline station and so the service can deliver it when that station reconnects. Print content is never returned by the public API or shown in the account console.
By default, print content is deleted seven days after a job reaches completed, failed, or canceled. The job record remains for history, usage, and troubleshooting after the payload is removed.
When information is shared
RocketPrint does not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to host, secure, bill for, and operate the service; with an organization administrator where the account belongs to that organization; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Browser storage and cookies
The marketing site does not require advertising cookies. The account console uses browser storage to keep sign-in and selected-organization state. Authentication and OAuth flows may use cookies that are necessary to complete and protect sign-in. You can clear browser storage and cookies, but doing so may sign you out or interrupt an in-progress authentication flow.
Security and account boundaries
RocketPrint encrypts network traffic, stores API keys in a non-readable form, and scopes printers, stations, jobs, keys, and people to an organization. No security program eliminates every risk. The security page describes the controls and current roadmap in more detail.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements. Organization administrators may be able to manage information for members of their organization.

Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
